Soujourners Sash not adding step-up while worn.

As the title says, made the sash, equipped it, got very disappointed. Running Botania R1.0-45 with Baubles 1.0.0.13 that auto downloaded with Thaumcraft. I have tried updating my test pack to Forge 10.12.1.1112 and updating Baubles to 1.0.0.16, created a SSP Test world, gave myself the sash and it still doesn't work. I'm out of ideas. Can provide list of mods if this will help, but it doesn't just happen on this mod...the Stepping Belt from Mystical Trinkets will also not work when in the Baubles slot, however that one will work if you are holding it, but really who wants to hold a belt when they run around, right? :P
I will also post this on the Baubles and Mystical Trinkets issue tracker if possible to see if this can be fixed.
This may be my fault, I was detecting if the player was holding the Belt, if they were, they would get the ability but if they weren't then it was setting the step height to 0.5, I changed it and am now uploading a fix
Running Forge 10.13.0.1208 Botania r1.2-120 and Baubles 1.0.1.7. I made the sash but am not getting the step-up
Did you equip the bauble?
And I dont think this would be the right thread considering the bug was my fault...
@Naergoth, are you in a lan world? There have been some known issues with that in baubles, not sure if they're fixed already.
Not in a lan world on a server with 4 other people and its not working for any of us and aye we equipped it
