Iridescent Sapling API registration

Iridescent Sapling trees will be registrable via API. Calls will work as so:

ShadowFoxAPI.registerIridescentTreeVariant(Block soil, Block wood, Block leaves);
ShadowFoxAPI.registerIridescentTreeVariant(new IridescentTreeVariant(Block soil, Block wood, Block leaves));

This way, we can use the alternate pasture seeds from Botania to grow special trees, as well as similar effects.
