Mana void potion ID cannot be changed

If I change the mana void potion ID in config/shadowfox_botany.cfg, say to 131, it is reset to the default of 110 on world start up and then it reedits my config file to say 110.

Incidentally I am changing the potion ID because it conflicts with another one.

Looks like a derp on my part when I setup the configs forever ago. Hopefully have a patch soon.

Feel free to change back ItemPriestEmblem.companion.TYPES and comment out
the Firerod initializer if you want to release it

@gchpaco The patch for this is pending on curse (r0.1.19-1) , it should be up in a few minutes, and that version will support changing the config options.
