Botany pots, when interacting with Storage Drawers, are not growing if there is not room for all drops.
IE pumpkins in the past could be grown with a single slot drawer and would continue to grow placing pumpkins in drawers while voiding seeds.
Or in the case of Trees, trees with more than 4 drops would put the drops that where locked into the drawers and void anything else, say apples or sticks.

Currently the plant sits at 100% growth and doesn't begin a new growth cycle. If space is made in the drawer for the additional drop by removing something and allowing that drop to enter the drawer, the plant begins growing again.

This is occurring for me with anything with multiple drops. Botania, thermal plants, vanilla plants like melons.

I only noticed this because I have been leaving my game running while things run. Restarting the game restarts the growth.
