I wanted to make a datapack for 1.21.1, but the wiki is outdated.

Hello, yes Mojang made many changes to how data packs work in 1.21 and all of the documentation is outdated. As mentioned in #479 new documentation is coming but the only documentation on datapacks currently are the builtin files and various addon mods.
