[BUG] JEI for Sculk does not indicate enchantments (Silk Touch)

Issue Description

Sculk works in botany pots but Silk Touch is required (I observed this during my play through of ATM10TTS 1.2.1). It would be nice if JEI could indicate this

Can confirm this in regular ATM10 4.10 (1.21.1).
BotanyPots version 21.1.38.
JEI has no indication of the hoe requiring an enchantment.

Just in case, BotanyPots-Mystical (21.1.8) and BotanyTrees (21.1.1) is installed as well.
