Some of the foods added by this mod restore too much hunger/saturation for how they are crafted. Since most of the base foods in this mod are not automatable, recipes that use base foods from this mod don't need to be nerfed as much or at all.

Maize Stuffed Potato: Add a second maize to the recipe
Walnut: +0.1 Saturation
Walnut Cookie: +0.1 Saturation
Forest Medley: -1.5 Shanks, replace raw porkchop with cooked porkchop
Arid Medley: -1 Shank, replace potato with baked potato
Meadow Medley: -2 Shanks, add a second leek to the recipe
Coastal Medley: -2 Shanks, -0.1 Saturation, add a kelp/third dried kelp
Leek Stew: -1 Shank, add 3 leeks and center the bowl (like beetroot soup)
Fish Stew: -3 Shanks, -0.1 Saturation
Apple Stew: -3 Shanks, -0.1 Saturation
Stone Stew: -3 Shanks, -0.1 Saturation
Bountiful Stew: -2 Shanks
Crusted Beef: -3 Shanks, replace potato with baked potato
Crimson Chow: -1 Shank
Warped Chow: -2 Shank, -0.1 Saturation
Custard: -1.5 Shanks, -0.1 Saturation
