In order to properly "cash in" a bounty at a Bounty Board, it's assumed that there are no duplicate bounties. Therefore, we should be merging similar bounty objectives/rewards upon bounty creation.

Fixed in a01f260, resolved by just checking for existing entries more intelligently before adding new ones, so we can avoid merging them altogether.
