Issue Description:

The Brain Stone Light Sensor is not working properly.

What happens:

It procuces power regardless of the light level. Just placing a block above it turns it off.

What you expected to happen:

The power output depending on the light level

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place Brain Light Sensor in the world.
2. Change the light level.
3. No changes.
4. Place block abbove
5. Turns off
6. Classic mods is completly unresponsive too

Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"):

• Minecraft: 1.10.2
• BrainStoneMod: 4.2.10 (and older)
• Forge: 12.18.3.2185
