Ground rules: (should have made these as soon as someone else was added)
The author/contributors of a branch should be the only ones committing/changing files. If another contributor has a suggestion or comment it should be sent to the author/contributors of the branch. (Or commented on a pull request for the branch)

Similarly, inside branches, if you did not create/work on the file, please reference the author of that file before you modify its code, so that everyone is on the same page.

I know I am as much responsible for some of these as others:
this is not a call out just rules for future reference in case more contributors end up joining at some point and so we know everyone is on the same page.

If I have not listed you on a branch you are part of let me know and I will add you.

For probably a while, I am handing off the creation of the remaining weapons, and general progress of the mod to @jodlodi
Working on too many other projects right now and I have really enjoyed what Jodi has done for the mod so far. Excited to see how the weapons turn out.
