Without any other mods, there's no double placing, so this is an incompatibility with another mod.

The pack (If this is the pack) is pretty large so that's a lot of mods to sift through. Are you aware of any that would mess with how block placing works?

I've probably closed it because I couldn't find any responsible mod for the incompatibility , so I just gave up xD

fixed by changing Post-Bridging Delay to any value higher than 0
