[Bug]: Fabric version won't load on fabric

Describe the bug you're experiencing
I installed mod on Minecraft 1.19.2 - Fabric 0.14.21 and it did not load. It is not listed i mod menu, nor can I use commands.
Reproducability
Install on mentioned version. Version of mod 6,3
Mod up to date
- Before submitting this issue I updated to the newest version and reproduced it
