I had an idea where it may be neat to set a drop for a partially grown crystal. Similar to with the AE2 crystals, they drop a dust when the crystal isn't fully grown, would be cool to set a dust to drop for a partially grown crystal here.

This sounds like a sensible addition, I'll take it into account once I've finished the port to 1.21.
