Will these budding blocks be able to get generated in new worlds?

Another mod or a datapack can definitely add worldgen for these budding blocks, I don't have any plans for doing so myself though, in part because worldgen is something I know absolutely nothing about and mainly because the primary goal of this mod is to add craftable slow but infinite resource providers.
