Steps to reproduce: Try placing an engine next to the computer
Additional information: Open Computers computers seem to detect a power mod (buildcraft) and they are asking me for power, when I place an engine nearby it doesn't seem to connect

Playing with personally assembled modpack, there are other alpha mods, such as Project Red.

As of 7.99.x BuildCraft engines emit MJ rather than any other power system. According to a related issue on their tracker they probably won't add support for MJ until BuildCraft is stable.

I see, well that was a quick answer, we'll have to wait for BuildCraft to hit stable, thanks! :)

closing this for now as this is not a bug, other mods can re-add MJ support later once MJ is stable for it
