Hello, I was trying to install the mod, "Eu to MJ" conversions" and it keeps asking me for buildcraft energy why is that the case?

BuildCraft version: 7.99.16
Forge version: 14.23.3.2655

It was a issue with the api with the EU to MJ mod.
