Iron AND Gate Texture issue

Forge version: 14.23.2.2641

Singleplayer or multiplayer: Single Player
Steps to reproduce: Place Iron And Gate on West (negative X) Side of any pipe
Additional information: When working on a build I placed an Iron And Gate on the West side of a iron fluid pipe it's texture renders as a basic gate, however on right click the functionality is correct.
I tested this on several types of pipe (however not all of them) and it persisted on every one tested

all other sides seem to be working fine.
