Every engine can't be turned over by wrench .There is no energy for me to use and tools,plaese to fix it for this bug

your first paragraph was not visible due to it being in the hidden comment tag, bot showed it on discord so i extracted it and put edited your post so it's visible

the wrench makes the engines rotate between different valid blocks around it that can accect MJ (note: MJ, not RF/FE/...), if the wrench doesn't rotate it then there is nothing on any side of the engine that can accept MJ from that engine

also 7.99.9 does not exist, so i don't know where you got it but it's not a BC release, 7.99.8 is outdated for your MJ version, please update to 7.99.8.2
