Any chance there could be a temporary fix for this like having buildcraft check advancedItemTooltips, turn it off if it's on, and enable it again after where the crash happens? Seems to work fine enabling it after loading, it's just annoying having to remember to turn it off after every time I use it, or explain to others how to fix the issue again and again.

@NickelHub that's probably #4268.

Well, I missed checking the other issues first. But then there is nothing new..

@CrankySupertoon01 I have a lot. of mods installed. I should a half of them out and then try to launch the game. You should go on, until you would maybe find a mod that interfere and causing this crash.
And you should also try deleting all your configs and then launching the game.

As I told, I come to report now. So this crash happened to me, after I've installed Headcrumbs . -> https://pastebin.com/9RgHu192
It is also a null pointer exception.

I've tested with forge 2770, 2766 and 2765, I have reported to the matter overdrive devs as well, confirmation HS-21 their issue tracker appears to have become totally private :< but I will try to update here with progress on their end

Thank you for your time,
Charlie

Minecraft doesn't crash, if I delete the "options.txt" befor starting the Game. So maby it's something in there? But I don't want to delete and rewrite it everytime I play.

Update: if I set advancedItemTooltips in the options.txt to default (false) then Minecraft starts without any Problems.
