Cant place Blocks under Player on jumping

Can't Place Blocks under my Character
It starts if i want to place some Pipes.
Also 2 Blocks near the player are unplaceable.
any solution?
BuildCraft version: buildcraft-7.1.23
Forge version: 1.7.10 - 10.13.4.1614
