oil spawning floating in the air.

i´ve seen oil spawn in lots of places that it should´nt be in, like in the air, on trees or just in places that it should´nt spawn

There is a partial bug here, the oil geyser (on the right) is as it's meant to be.
On the left there is a bug where oil appears on top of trees. See #4002
I'm pretty sure those are oil geysers or whatever they're called, I think it's intentional
Could it be fixed by maybe blacklisting blocks such as leaves and logs as valid spawns for oil? If not, it's not too big of an issue right now lol, I'm sure there's bigger fish to fry.
Not really unfortunately as that's kinda hacky. Ideally all I need to do is make oil generate before trees and other structures are generated.
