Distiller "Has Work" although only 1mB oil in it

As everyone knows, you should pour at least 8mB oil (cool) into distiller if you want use distiller to distill oil (cool).With distiller working, oil (cool) in the distiller less than less. Distiller will stop working, When oil (cool) in the distiller less than 8mB. Distiller hasn't work, if only 1mB oil (cool) in it. Distiller won't distill 1mB oil (cool) into 2mB gaseous fuel (cool) and 0.375mB heavy oil (cool).
