The phased pipes are removed from the latest build and when a combustion engine is turned off it cannot be turned back on.

Those pipes must be from some sub-mod, they are not part of core buildcraft

And once combustion engines are turned off they won't start again until they are completly cooled down + a little longer

ok thanks of the thing on the engines but the phased pipes that eliminate having to have long pipeing systems.
