Okay, I thought the issue was fixed earlier, and then I realized that it only aplied to Oil and Fuel.

As you can see in the screenshots below, when oil and fuel are in a tank, they cannot be extracted, while water and lava can be extracted from a tank.

This is an annoying issue. Please help.

Your wooden pipes are on the wrong way round.Hit them with a wrench to rotate them. The solid side is the side they extract from.
