The sides of the quarry arm are using the wrong textures.

The lower left and lower right of blockDrillTexture.png are used instead of the upper left and right.

Possibly related to #953, but indeed, I noticed to. Getting this one on my list, will work on it as I fix little things on the quarry.

Quarry should get a new something-something graphical for the arm, the current one has been looking like its unfinished for far too long.
