Stacktrace dump when attempting to draw laser

Below is dumped to console when I right click a grid of land marks.

This is a vanilla world corruption issue, I've seen it from time to time. I don't really understand what is happening, but I've noticed that once a world starts spewing these your only solution is to restore a backup.
Maybe someone else has a better solution but I don't.
