Covert I removed power crystles mods and it is still not working

At this point I suggest you start removing mods one by one until it starts working (verify it works with just Buildcraft first).

Also try different engines, etc...

Another option would be to start only with BC and work your way up, whichever way is fine.

Or try half of your mods, if the issue is still there, remove another half. Else try again with the other half
