No engines

When I load up Minecraft with buildcraft on it none of the engines seem to be there how can I fix this?
Possible problems that may relate to this situation.
- Check your minecraft version and compare it with forge and buildcraft,
hopefully they all line up with your current minecraft version. (Aka, if
your version is 1.6.2 then forge and buildcraft for 1.6.2 should be used) - (As stated above) assuming you have multiple mods, you may have an id
conflict, if that is the case check the config and ensure that the ids for
engines are not being overridden. Ids need to be unique to work correctly. - Buildcraft may be loaded correctly but did you forget to load the
correct profile?, edit the profile in your client and make sure it is using
the correct version of forge. - If this still doesnt work, you may want to delete your buildcraft
config, sometimes an old config can cause problems. If you do delete it,
try to run buildcraft again to let it generate a new config.
If none of these work... well... I got nothin :-/
