Probably one of the mods he's using adds a custom filter pattern. And since CoverJaguar just rewrote them, this other mod is trying to access a method that no longer exists.
That's my guess...

As far as I can determine from the crash log, the version he's using is unofficial and was built against commit gd9980fe (if that even exists).

Best guess, you have a mod set to load before Buildcraft that includes the Buildcraft API.

Try updating Forge, I'm not sure which version adds the new API dependencies stuff.
