This suggestion is to merge QuarryPluss into BuildCraft after QP is properly balanced and any current issues/bugs are fixed (an example is the MiningWell Plus can mine bedrock when it has the silktouch property).

Hmm...probably not...its a bit....different.

There are have been some suggestions of incorporating a block breacker/placer into BC, but I don't see anything in particular to recommend the versions QuarryPlus adds.
