Ticking tile entity NullPointerException (Crashing)

User placed a Engine so they said beside a refinery. It seem to cause a crash but on reboot there was not another crash and everything seems to work just fine.
If the issues occurs on a server, be sure it's a vanilla forge server and not a mcpc+ server.
