Flowers would be awsome. Because then in combination with forestry you can make a flower farm.
But make IC2 Crop compatiblity. Then it is possible to make this automateable too^^"

@Speiger it'll need to be tried out to see how much third party mods are supported by default. Hopefully, if Minecraft classes are used properly, that should be a lot.
