Power doesn't properly travel from engines to wooden pipes

Seems like energy may be flowing from left / right to the bottom end.
Yes... That is probably caused by the fact that I flagged the power pipe code as requiring a rewrite. It's really a massive hack right now - the wooden power pipe hooks to the requestedEnergy APIs to get the amount of energy RF devices want.
@asiekierka thanks for the pointers. We really need to get that going for 6.1 though, even before some more intrusive pipe rewrite.
I can tell that wooden pipes generate power request in the nearby pipes which does not make any sense...
