Non-Buildcraft engines won't work with wooden transport pipes

Using Buildcraft v6.0.18

Have tried engines from both Forestry and Railcraft, but they won't work with Buildcraft wooden transport pipes.

BuildCraft v6.0.18 does not support Redstone Flux.

I haven't seen anything in Railcraft's Changelogs to indicate they've changed over to Redstone Flux.

Also, the engines work on Buildcraft power pipes, just not transport pipes.

@SullyTheUnusual in 6.1.2 this should be fixed with the migration to RF, if it doesn't work with 6.1.2 when it's released the issue is on the RC/forestry side
