I'm very sorry if this is in the wrong place or has already been reported! So I seem to be crashing when typing something similar to "exp" in the creative menu (1.7.10). Further research showed that BuildCraft was trying to make facades with LiquidXP items. I found somewhere that you can exclude certain mods from having facades made, but I wasn't sure how to apply it to my situation. Thank you if you can fix this, here's the log:

So can it be fixed? Or is it not BuildCraft's problem? I thought facades were from BC.

No... that's a bug with the facade detection system.
