[6.1.5]Desert Oil Field biome still Oilless(a.k.a. bugged) in Buildcraft 6.1.5.

Again, I tested this in a completely fresh installation of Minecraft, with only forge 1232 and Buildcraft 6.1.5.

Yes, I checked the config. No, I didn't make any changes to it.

And again, it's only the Desert Oil Field biome that has NO oil. I don't know about the Ocean Oil Field, because I haven't been able to find one yet.

Oh. So oil generation is broken in oil biomes but not non-oil biomes! That's helpful!
