@asiekierka i already have a charging station in BCA, i had planed to have it charge RF items anyways so i could do that and then move the code to BC and do a PR if you want

Compared to all other RF item charger out there, requiring Lasers are a bit expensive, don't you think?

@RagaRBM - In BuildCraft's case, it will be mostly high-end things which require charging. I also consider powered tools high-end in themselves.
