[BUG] Dupe with BC Builder and Carpenter's Blocks

This issue was reported at PhoenixTeamMC/PhoenixCraft#3. The specifics from @trajing are as follows
"When a carpenter's block is placed from a blueprint with a BC builder, it uses the carpenter's block, but not the block inside. It places the carpenter's block with the block inside"

@Strikingwolf - This has been fixed in BuildCraft 6.1.5.
