Hey there, I just downloaded Buildcraft 6.1.7, went to load up my world got the missing items message for Forestry Propropolis pipe, which is the Apiarist Pipe.
I went back to 6.0.17 and no issues.

Upgrade Forestry to a dev build supporting BC 6.1.
