I am not sure it´s a problem from Buildcraft ore Minecraft-Cauldron.
I run a Cauldron-servern (forge version 1236) an the quarry starts to work but it don´t brack the blocks but when i drop an item in front of the minertop it will be take.
i have test the quarry plus mod to and that quarry works fine.
any idea?

I´m having the same issue, the quarry is also working on the same area but it is not breaking blocks...

It can be a FakePlayer issue. Are you using some kind of Auth plugin?

I'm using PermissionsEx with Modifyworld, and I'm using Cauldron. Quarries aren't breaking blocks on my server anymore. Disabling Modifyworld fixes this issue, so it's a permissions issue. I've opped and given the proper permissions to [BuildCraft] and tried [[BuildcCraft]] too, but the quarries still can't break blocks. What is the correct fake player name for buildcraft?
