Problems with TPS

Hello.
I have some problems with TPS and tickrate with latest stable version of BuildCraft (6.1.8) on my modpack.

  1. When I place filler and try to power it, my tick rate dramatically increases (from 8-16 ms to 1000-2000 ms) and TPS decreases accordingly (from 20 TPS to 1-0.5 TPS).
  2. When desert or ocen biomes are loading, my TPS falls (from 20 to 0.5 and less). Other biomes, in which BC generates oil, cause this problem too.
    When it happens, world loading stops and I can stay on the border of chunk and wait, while BC loads. (It can take from 10 to 45 minutes, after it TPS increases to 20 and tickrate decreases to 8-16 ms).

I can reproduce this problem without other mods. (Only with Forge 1236 and BC 6.1.8).

Please, fix this problem! I can't play with BC with same tickrate(((

Problem 1 is a duplicate of #2215. You mention that you can reproduce the problem without any other mods, does that apply to problem 1 or is it for problem 2?

I can reproduce both these problems without other mods.
And I don't think, that problem 1 is duplicate of #2215 , because I tested work of Filler with Creative Engine (BC) and Creative or full non-creative capacitors from TE/Ender IO (with output 20000+RF/t). I don't think, that there is not enough power for Filler.
And when I test these bugs, I find that Zone Planner has this bug too (when I place Zone Planner in world, my TPS falls to 0.5-0.2!).

In 6.2.0 I have the same problem.
And I noticed, that Filler works fine until I (or any TileEntity) begin to interact with world (open inventory/break or change block). When this happens, my TPS falls so much, that I can't detect it neither with '/forge tps' nor OPIS.

With Zone Planner the same situation.

About oil generation I have nothing to add, because I have the same lags and TPS falling on both BC versions (6.1.8/6.2.0-alpha).

When this problem happens, Minecraft doesn't crash, because my computer can withstand this burden without crash. So I can't say, whether this problem is damage to save.
And as I said, in 6.2.0-alpha-1 I have the same problem, as in 6.1.8.

Can confirm: TPS is critically low (~ 0.0000013 tps) after some interaction with BC, especially with Zone Planner and Filler. Digging down...

@Prototik - Is it okay if I assign this to you? Also, please check on the 6.2.x branch as I did some heavy rewriting.

@anishin Ну мой i7 тоже вполне пережёвывает мир, но он ведь не играбельный, поэтому я и считаю, что мир повреждён. Это не значит невозможность загрузить мир. Так я о чём - у вас есть такой мир? Если нет, можете ли вы повторить баг и отправить мир мне?

The same happens for me when placing a Pump. The Server just raises tps and stops responding, No error or crashlog

Possibly FML issue (presumably packet handling) - can reproduce with different causes from other mods.

I can confirm it with a dev version and also with the normal version 6.2.2, it almost crashes and it laggs like the hell! :c
Also in Opis the tick time is high, 2637.897, other machines have (MFR Planter) 6.093

Is this on server only or is it also single player?
Does it matter what mode you set the filler?
