When filter is set on pump robot (bucket of oil, lava, ...) robot doesn't work.

After more testing I found that the filters do work but for some reason on that one specific world no robot was working (not even pickers) and pump robots without any specific orders passed through sand blocks. After exploring more area and reloading the game the robots started working.
