Machines no longer accept power directly from TE energy cells

Updated to buildcraft 6.2.0
Now buildcraft machines no longer accept power from Thermal Expansion 4 energy cells.
When the cell is then connected to the machines by kinesis pipes or universal cable from mekanism the machine accepts power and starts to work.immediately. (ender IO power conduits are also not working as mentioned in another issue report)
If this was an intentional change then sorry for the unnecessary error report.
