Entities in BC don't render above 40 blocks (was: Quarry can't mine any block's from Chisel)

Hello. This is little issue with Chisel 2 - 2.1.0.0. Quarry can't mine any block from this mod.

In 6.2.1 still this bug is here.

next bug, Mining Drill is not rendered in +- 40 blocks.

You might also want to report this bug to Chisel mod https://github.com/Pokefenn/Chisel/issues
It could be bug in way the blocks are registered (Quarry can't mine some special blocks)

I actually tested that with latest buildcraft (6.2.1) and latest chisel (2.1.0.0) and it worked weird some blocks were mined but some not

This bug is fixed in BuildCraft 6.2.2 and Chisel 2 - 2.1.3.
