One minor issue, one *possible* major issue.

Hello!
I love BuildCraft. I love it. However, there seems to be 2 bugs on the latest release (6.2.6 for 1.7.10).
First. My quarry keeps the chunks loaded until server restart. Then I have to replace my markers and the quarry to get the chunks loaded. Adding another mods chunkloader to cover the area the quarry is fixed it, so it seems to be a BuildCraft error :/.
Next, an apparent major bug, are the robots completely broken? I tried every version (6.2.6 - 6.0.17) and in every single version, with no other mods and a fresh config each time 3 things were fatal mod flaws.
First, the pickers do not even attempt to drop off the items. They collect all sorts of items the just permanently sit on a pipe. Many different scenarios and ideas could not fix this,
Next, Robots are not checking other chests for the equipment they need. I have a lumber jack 5 blocks from a chest on a different pipe than the chest, both pipes have docks and everything but the LJ just sits there. If i put the LJ on a dock on a pipe connected to a chest with an axe it will work, but then when the axe breaks, the robot freezes where it is and will not get a new one.
Builders dont move either.
Finally, no robot is using the dock I set up for recharging. Is it even necessary? I spent 5+ hours trying to figure out if it is my fault as the user, but it seems it is BuildCraft alone causing the problems.
I mimicked everything I saw in SpaceToads videos and got very different results. (See above.)
If you can help me figure out why these things aren't working, or at very least confirm them as bugs, it would be greatly appreciated!
Robots are in a very unfinished state. chilm's videos got them to work somewhat.
I started using a gate to tell them to "work in area." Now they're working! :) besides the quarry not keeping chucks loaded, the only other issue is when a lumber jack breaks an axe he doesn't seem to get a new one. Sometimes. It's weird. But I love where this is going. Keep up the amazing work!
