Planter robot can't plant potato and carrot

I ran BuildCraft 6.3.0 and 6.2.6. In both version, I tried to use planter robot.
Then, Planter could plant seed, but planter couldn't plant potato and carrot, in same way.
Is it a general problem or am I doing something wrong?
