I'm wanting to build a service that allows users to easily share their buildcraft blueprints. I would like to be able to read the blueprint on the server to verify it is indeed a blueprint. Is the binary format for the blueprint documented somewhere?

It's a GZIPped NBT tag. No real documentation beyond source code, though.
