Facade: Stone 5606 not able to be crafted, spawning causes server crash

The BC Transport item Facade: Stone 5606 is not able to be crafted and upon being given to player via the console it will crash the server. Only way to salvage the server is by removing the mod and restarting the server. The BC version i'm running is 1.6.2.
