[7.0.1] Striped pipe doesn't milk any more

Trying to send an empty bucket through a striped pipe does't work anymore to get milk. The bucket returns empty through the striped pipe.
There were no gates or engines attached to the striped pipe. The cow was confined in a 1x1 area by a wall. The wall had a opening at the bottom for the striped pipe.
