[BC 7.0.1] Starting a new world for the first time with MineTweaker crash (update check problem?)

I was having issues with BC 7 in a modpack. I added BC builders, core and factory. Create a new world and it crashed to desktop (I kept my launcher open all the time).

Forge Ver: forge-1.7.10-10.13.3.1387-1.7.10 (recommended one also crashes) I can confirm that without modularization it still crashes.
I removed the BC from the pack and it works ok. I don't know if its Minetweakers fault or Buildcraft. Minetweaker has no scripts, still crashes.
I can confirm that Removing the minetweaker from the pack also fixed it. Minetweaker and Buildcraft7 somehow have an issue?
Weird... After Creating a world with only buildcraft installed, I put the minetweaker and i can play in that world. Maybe its a one time crash or something?
